Change Management

Program presentation

Over 100 years ago, Will Rogers said: “Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” The frenetic rhythm of changes in our times, also favored by technological accelerators (internet, mobile phone, etc.) make the truth quoted above very relevant.

Frequent change requires speed of response, flexibility and adaptability from organizations, teams and each of us.

Who is this program designed for?

Those who are in a changing environment, whether they are producing and leading changes or having to put them into practice.

The program is intended for managers and helps them:

  • Better understand the need for change, accept it and keep up with it
  • Play their role as agents of change well, helping their people perform in a changing environment
  • Communicate and propagate changes that occur so as to maintain people’s motivation
  • Develop their team in the future by doing an efficient people management
  • Making use of their initiative by identifying opportunities, proposing and supporting the initiative in front of the stakeholders

What questions does the program answer?

  • Why is it hard for me to make a change?
  • What do perseverance, patience, faith, trust and change have in common?
  • Where does emotional intelligence intervene in managing change?
  • How do I orchestrate changes when several stakeholders are involved?
  • How do I show, in different contexts, the wisdom of knowing what I can control, what I can influence, what  I can accept?
  • What organizational change models should I use and in which situations?
  • What are the main change management styles and tools?
